Q. How many people do we need to qualify for a group discount?
A. Generally, 15 is the minimum ticket purchase to receive a group discount.

Q. How do we pay for our group ticket order?
A. Group orders can be paid for with Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover Card, cash, check or money order. If you are going to come to Dodge Arena to pay for your tickets, you must make an appointment by calling (956) 843-6688.

Q. Are there extra fees on group sales orders?
A. All Group Ticket orders include a $5 handling fee. Occasionally there is a $1/ticket charge on select events.

Q. Can I find out my seat location when I place my order?
A. When a group order is placed, tickets are put on hold in select areas of the arena; however, no tickets will be pulled, printed or mailed until the order is paid in full.


Q. How will we receive our group tickets after we order them?
A. Group tickets will be mailed to you unless you request them to be left at WILL CALL (your tickets will be available for pick-up 48 hours after you place your order). WILL CALL is open between 10:00am and 5:30pm, Monday-Friday. Call for an appointment to have tickets picked up at Administrative Office.

Q. Can I pay for my tickets in person?
A. Group Sales orders can be placed and paid for in full at Dodge Arena by calling the Group Sales Department at (956) 843-6688 and making an appointment.

Q. Can I fax in my group order?
A. Group orders can be faxed to the Group Sales Department at 956-843-5522.

Q. Can I email in my group order?
A. Group orders can be emailed to Dodge Arena at Juan Gauna jgauna@dodgearena.com.

Q. What is the deadline for ordering group tickets?
A. All group tickets must be ordered no later than 48 hours before the event. Please keep in mind that our office hours are 8:30am-5:30pm. Monday - Friday. If you call after these hours, leave a message and we will contact you within 24 hours.

Q. Can I come to Dodge Arena the day of an event, purchase my group tickets and still receive the group discount?
A. No. Group ticket orders CAN NOT be placed the day of the show. All ticket orders must be placed and paid in full 48 hours prior to the show.

Q. Can I add to my order?
A. Groups may add tickets to their group order up to 48 hours prior to the event. The additional seating will be placed as close as possible to the original order. There is no guarantee that the additional seats will be in the same section as the original order. Also, a group handling fee will apply to all add-on tickets.

Q. Can I cancel my order?
A. NO. Once tickets are paid for, they are non refundable or exchangeable.

Q. What if I lose my tickets?
A. Call the Group Sales Department at (956) 843-5522 if your tickets have been misplaced.

Q. Do you sell group tickets for concerts?
A. For most major concerts, group tickets are NOT available.

Q. When should we arrive for the show?
A. Doors open one hour prior to the event. Plan accordingly.
